Privacy Policy

This website is the personal photography portfolio and print store of Robbie Brown ("I", "me"). I respect your privacy and keep data collection to the minimum needed to respond to you. This page explains what is collected, why, and your choices.

Information I collect

I only receive information you choose to send me:

• Contact and print-request forms: your name, email address, phone number (if you provide it), and the message or print details you submit.
• Booking: if you book a session, the scheduling is handled by Cal.com, which collects the details needed to confirm your appointment (such as your name, email, and chosen time).
• Basic, anonymous usage data: aggregate analytics such as page views and general location (country/region), described below.

I do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information, and the site is not directed at children under 13.

How I use it

Information you send is used only to respond to your inquiry, fulfill a print request, schedule and prepare for a session, and keep simple records of correspondence. I do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, and I don't use it for advertising.

Analytics & cookies

This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-first analytics tool that measures overall traffic (such as page views and popular pages) without using cookies and without tracking you across other websites or building a profile of you. Because of this, the site does not require a cookie-consent banner. The site itself does not set advertising or tracking cookies.

Service providers

A few trusted services help run the site and may process limited data on my behalf:

• Netlify — website hosting and secure form delivery.
• Cal.com — appointment scheduling for booked sessions.
• Cloudflare — privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics.
• Google Fonts — serves the site's typefaces.

Each of these has its own privacy policy governing the data it handles.

Data retention

I keep form submissions and booking correspondence only as long as needed to handle your request and for reasonable record-keeping, then delete them on request. Analytics data is aggregate and anonymous.

Your choices

You can ask me to access, correct, or delete the personal information you've sent me at any time — just email rbrownartnc@gmail.com. You can also simply choose not to submit a form.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new "last updated" date.
